Belinda Ann Pace

Born on March 6, 1956 to AJ and Jolene Freitas in Santa Cruz California. She is the eldest daughter of 5 children. She is survived by her husband Jeff Walker of the home. Belinda and Jeff met when she was 14 years old, he was a friend of her big brother. Their love story began and AJ, her daddy, did not approve but Belinda was very stubborn. Her father took a new position with Southwestern Bell and moved his family to Pawhuska Oklahoma when she was in high school. While in Pawhuska she gave birth to her pride and joy, a daughter she named Brooke Ann in 1974. Fast forward to 1993 and she relocated back to California where after some time passed she and Jeff reconnected. Belinda wanted to surprise her own mother so she threw together a wedding in her Texas living room with her sister, Rhonda, helping get her ready, her daughter Brooke performed the ceremony and Jeff’s son attended. On June 4, 2016 a ceremony was held. Belinda was an amazing mother to Brooke Ann and loved her fiercely. She is survived by her daughter Brooke Ann and husband Brad Brown of Oklahoma. Grandchildren Logan Big Eagle (Lisi Riccio), of Colorado, Loryn Javine, Alyssa and Eddie Oyster of Oklahoma. Great grandchildren Christian, Navy Ann, Sophie, Benton and Banks of Oklahoma. She is also survived by her sister/best friend Rhonda Freitas. Belinda loved being an Aunt and she loved her nieces Amanda, Samantha and Sydne like her own. She enjoyed the role of “Great Aunt” to their children. She loved her family and was extremely protective of those she loved most. Belinda passed away on 8/1/26 in Dallas TX with her daughter and sister and husband surrounding her. She is preceded in death by both of her parents.
