Barbara Fay Evans Creamer, 87, entered into Heaven on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 21st at First Christian Church Granbury, 2109 W. Hwy 377, Granbury, Texas 76048. The family will receive guests following the service.
Barbara had a heart as big as Texas and found joy in giving to others. In her younger years, she loved playing bridge and bowling, and throughout her life, she cherished baking, golfing, and—perhaps most of all—fishing alongside Wendell, the keeper of her heart. She was a devoted mother, a fierce champion of her children, and an extremely proud grandmother and great-grandmother.
To those who knew her, Barbara was the best mother, Nonnie, Great-Nonnie, Auntie, Sister, and Friend. Her kindness, love, and laughter left an indelible mark on everyone she met.
She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband and the love of her life, Claude Wendell Creamer.
Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Greg Beaty, and her son and daughter-in-law, Cory and Amy Creamer; grandchildren, Candace Beaty (Hutch Leatherwood), Samantha and Pierce Beaty, Chylan and Michaely Blair, and Evan Creamer; great-grandchildren, Nova and Major Leatherwood, and Charlotte Faye Gibbs; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Barbara’s love, warmth, and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
