Kim Durward St. Denny of Savannah, GA passed away on Monday, March 31st, 2025, at the age of 70. He was born on January 2nd, 1955, in Syracuse, NY, to the late, Raymond and Florence St. Denny. He grew up with his parents and brothers outside Erie Pennsylvania. He graduated from Iroquois high school in Wesleyville, Pa. He later moved to New Jersey where he met his wife, Irene, and they spent the first 30 years of their marriage, until they moved to Georgia.
In High School, Kim, was actively involved in the bicycling club and participated in a science project identifying a source of water pollution. This is where he found his love for science and technology. He worked as a computer specialist and database technician for many years at City University of NY until retirement. He was an avid reader and had a great sense of humor. One of his favorite quips was, “Go early and stay late”. As he got older, he still had his love for computers as well as traveling and going on cruises with his wife and family, even though he was a bit of a homebody.
Kim is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Florence St. Denny, and his brothers, Douglas and Terry St. Denny. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Irene St. Denny, their son, Kyle St. Denny, and Kim’s brother, Richard St. Denny and many nieces and nephews.
Everyone who knew him, loved him and he will be missed by many. There are no services scheduled as of right now. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.
