He was employed at General Dynamics in Groton, CT. He served in the United States Navy and Army National Guard for a total of 20 years.
Ralph is survived by his wife Rosalie, daughter Diane and her husband Joseph, daughter London, sister Joyce, brother Paul and two grandson's James and Mitchel.
Ralph will be greatly missed by all. There will be a private family Celebration of Life at a later date.
