He is preceded in death by his father, Gene Brezniak. He is survived by his mother Nancy Kaye of Topsham, ME, his step-mother Ann Lord Brezniak of Belmont, MA and his sister Debra (and David) Solomon of San Diego, CA.
The family would like to thank Amberwoods Skilled Nursing and Compassus Hospice for the care and compassion they showed Peter in his final days.
There will be a private scattering of his ashes.
