Peggy Rose Kilgore

Peggy (McDonald) Kilgore, 73 and resident of Hebron, CT died peacefully at home April 10, 2026. She was born October 27, 1952 in Meriden, CT to the late Carmelina and George McDonald. She is predeceased by her son Frank Kilgore. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty years David Kilgore; her two children Jesse Kilgore and Jennifer (Kilgore) Adams with husband Andrew Adams; her grandchildren Sierra Young, Rebekah Kilgore, Jacob Kilgore, Hunter Adams, and Scarlett Adams. She leaves behind a loving brother, Frank McDonald and sister, Joann Paquin. Her love of music with multiple chorale groups and dedication to South United Methodist Church will always have her presence with all of them. Peggy truly lived and experienced life, traveling to multiple countries and her genuine love of life and family. Her beautiful smile and perfect pitch will always be remembered and cherished. She will be sorely missed but always said, “It is never good-bye, it’s I’ll see you later.” Services are being held privately. Celebration of life will be May 17 at 1:00pm at the TKB Club (Tadeusz Kosciuszko Benefit Society) in Vernon, CT.
