Born in Hartford on April 19, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Philip Raymond Cosker and Frances Gertrude (Beckwith) Cosker.
Tootie was an exceptionally big-hearted, strong, hard-working, and selfless woman. She was a devoted mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend who always put others before herself. She held a deep love for God and found great peace in nature, whether she was fishing, walking in the woods, or strolling along the beach collecting shells and rocks. She also loved butterflies, angels, country music, animals, and a good cup of black coffee. Above all else, her greatest joy in life was being "Mimi" and spending precious time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Kelly (Adam) Fox, Laurel Fox, and Craig Fox; her three cherished grandchildren, Lucas, Dylan, and Jackson Fox; and her companion, Scott Kowalski.
She also leaves behind her four brothers and four sisters, Philip R. Cosker, Patricia Simard, Henry (Francine) Cosker, Frances (Don) Grady, Michael (Cheryl) Cosker, Sharon (Brian) Stone, John (Beth) Cosker, and Elizabeth (Lloyd) Wheeler, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In addition to her parents, Maryann was predeceased by her two brothers, Robert Cosker and Andrew Cosker.
Tootie will be greatly missed and forever remembered by all who were lucky enough to know and love her.
