Kathleen Sheehan Smith

Kathleen Sheehan Smith, 100, beloved wife of the late Charles F. Smith, died peacefully with family by her side on August 22, 2023. Born in Graniteville, VT, she was a resident of Somers since 1951. From 1941 until her move to Somers, she was employed by Aetna Life in Hartford. She was predeceaed by her parents, John and Anastasia Sheehan, her siblings, Ida Haley, Harold Sheehan, Irving Sheehan, Rita Zalucki, Helena Sheehan, and Louis Sheehan, and one granddaughter, Jennifer.

She is survived by her 7 children, Stephen C. Smith (DeeDee), Theresa Schuler (John), Judith Baldauf (Steven), Patrick Smith (Julie), Ronald Smith (Sharon), David Smith (Karin), and Kathleen Jablonski (Jeffrey), as well as 20 grandchildren, Joe, Amanda, Hayley, Carolyn, Susan, Andrew, David, Adam, Ryan, Ruthie, Brenden, Kyle, April, Heather, Christopher, Robert, Samantha, Jenna, Bryan, and Tyler, and 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
