John delighted in life. He was big-hearted and kind, with an active mind and an energetic spirit. He was a loving, caring father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be dearly missed. John was also a hard worker; a valued friend; an enthusiastic athlete who spent many happy hours on tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts; an adventurous enjoyer of good food, nature, and travel; a great smiler.
