On March 2, 2025, Jacqueline M. Polanski departed this world, leaving behind a rich tapestry of memories woven with faith, artistry, and enduring love. Born on September 11,1937, in the vibrant city of New York, Jacqueline was the oldest of three beloved siblings: Jane Gold and Ralph “Skipper”Roosevelt. Her life’s journey, was marked by deep commitments to her faith, family, and community.
Jacqueline dedicated her life to nurturing her family and exploring her varied interests and talents. She carved out a niche in network marketing, flower arranging, and crafting Christmas decorations, enriching
her community with beauty and cheer. Her move from Cheshire, where she spent 57 years, to Plantsville marked a new chapter in her life, one enriched by her deep ties to her faith community.
Jacqueline married Edward Polanski back in 1960, and divorced in 1970. They lived in Cheshire where they raised two sons, Gregory and Thomas.
