Roger Gene Ruggeri III

Roger Gene Ruggeri III, 77, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025.

He was born in West Chester to Roger Ruggeri Jr. and Jeanne (Reynolds) Ruggeri. Roger was educated in Florida schools and graduated Miami Carol City Senior High School in 1967.

After high school, Roger joined the Army, and upon discharge, entered the sales industry where he worked for his family's car dealership and finished his career in the jewelry business. Roger always demonstrated enthusiasm and passion throughout his career.

Beyond work, Roger enjoyed classic cars (especially his Chevy Impala SS), watching the Philadelphia Eagles, cuddling with pets, and spending time with friends and family. He will be remembered best for his sense of humor, infectious laugh, kindness, generosity, and love of food.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Mark Glocke. He will be lovingly missed by his wife, Barbara Ruggeri; children, Roger Ruggeri IV, Stacie Ruggeri (Shawn), Christopher Beaudoin (Amy), and Jami Ruggeri; granddaughter, Paige Beaudoin; siblings, Alan Ruggeri (Joanne), Julie Glocke, Mark Ruggeri, Suzanne Petruzziello (Joseph), and Eric Ruggeri; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will not be a formal service, but the family encourages friends and family to celebrate the life of Roger in their own way.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to a charity of your choosing.
