William "BO" Matlock

William Bo Matlock, 81, of Marathon, Florida, passed away at Baptist Hospital, In Miami, Florida with his wife and family by his side on September 29, 2023. He was born July 23, 1942 in Miami, Florida.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Kathy Matlock, Daughter Darlene D’Ascanio, son in law Anthony D’Ascanio,Granddaughters Katrina Vastano, (Frank Vastano Jr.), Lisa Silva, (Alex Silva),

Felicia D’Ascanio, Tonya D’Ascanio Great Grandchildren Chloe Vastano, Dominic Vastano, Aiden Silva, Giuliana Silva,Ava D’Ascanio.Brothers Richard Matlock, (Dee Matlock), John Matlock, and numerous Nephews,Nieces, and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Matlock, Mother Marjorie Albury Bridges and brother Donald Matlock. Bo attended Sue Moore School for his primary education and Marathon High School. He managed East Coast Fisheries for 25 years, and D’Asign Source for 25 years.

He was always a hardworking man that took pride in all that he did. He was a very Kind, gentle and loving man with a heart of gold. His family was his proudest accomplishment. He lived in Marathon his entire life and loved the keys so much. He will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all those

Who loved him. At this time no services are scheduled.
