

Bob was born on April 5th, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up in Milan, Indiana and graduated from Milan High school.
Bob entered the United States Air Force April 20th, 1969. He had served in Vietnam, later stationed and served in Spangdahlem, Germany before returning to the states to Homestead Air Force Base. Bob retired from active duty in 1985 and worked as an aircraft mechanic on the base until full military retirement in 1989. He then went on to work for Eastern airlines as a mechanic until the company dissolved.
Bob was very proud to be an American veteran. His achievements are as follows: AF Achievement medal, AF Good Conduct Medal with Silver Oak Leak Cluster, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 4 Bronze Stars, AF Overseas Short Tour Ribbon, AF Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, AF Longevity Service Reward Ribbon with 3 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, HCO PME Grad Ribbon, Small arms expert marksmanship ribbon.
Bob was an avid collector of photography art and quite the photographer of Florida landscape and wildlife.
In Bob’s earlier years he also played guitar in several bands.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother Myrna Mae Owens of New Point, Indiana and his father Robert Frederick Stipe of Middletown, Ohio; baby sister Tina of Middletown, Ohio and his significant other Judith McManus of Cutler Bay Florida.
Bob is survived by his daughter Jennifer Kammeyer (Adam) of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and his grand daughters Emma and Addison. Brother Roger Stipe (Linda) of Oklahoma, Debbie Collins of Greensburg, Indiana, Brother Jeffery Stipe (Kimberly) of Middletown, Ohio; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
