

Born on September 5, 1947, in Orlando, Florida, Ralph proudly served in the United States Army after enlisting in 1965. While stationed in Germany, he met the love of his life, Sigrid Graeser. They married in 1968 and shared 58 wonderful years together.
Ralph was a skilled mechanic who enjoyed working with his hands and helping others. He never met a stranger and had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome. Always putting the needs of others before his own, he was known for his generosity, compassion, and willingness to lend a helping hand.
A faithful servant of the Lord, Ralph served as a deacon in his church for many years. His love for God was reflected in his dedication to his faith, his family, and his church.
Ralph faced his battle with cancer with extraordinary courage and steadfast trust in the Lord, demonstrating the heart of a true warrior.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sigrid Atkinson; daughter, Patricia Graf (Robert); granddaughters, Mary Graf and Grace Graf; sister, Sandra Sharpe (Jack); brother, John Atkinson (Cynthia); and sister, Deborah Hughes (Michael). He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Betty Atkinson, and his brother, David Atkinson.
Ralph’s legacy of faith, kindness, selflessness, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Beachurch, 104700 Overseas Highway, Key Largo, Florida. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and thanksgiving for Ralph’s life and the lasting impact he made on all who knew and loved him.
