Paul was loving and generous: wholly dedicated to his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Monique, daughter, Christine, and cherished granddaughters Sophia and Nadia. He is predeceased by his son, Michel.
Paul’s passion for all things mechanical led him to his long career as a Captain for Delta Airlines, of which he enjoyed every minute in the cockpit. Until the day he passed, he would pause and listen as a plane flew overhead and knew the type of aircraft.
After retirement, his time in the skies became time on the seas. He and Monique became frequent cruisers. They traveled the world and always came back wonderstruck by the places, people, and cultures they discovered and inevitably, with new life-long friends met along the way.
When home, Paul kept busy with an endless list of projects to be done around the house. From changing the oil in one of his classic cars to blowing the leaves off the roof, and virtually anything in between. He could fix anything! Lunch time, however, was sacred - everything stopped long enough so he could meet up with his beloved lunch buddies.
Paul will be remembered and missed for so many things, including his big heart. He had an unwavering willingness to be there for his family and friends, for anything, at any time.
