Bill was born in Lompoc, California on November 2nd, 1955.
In his formative years, Bill attended Lincoln High School in Washington and went on to become a Lead Supervisor in the Aerospace field, where he was regarded as a hardworking man.
Bill is preceded in death by Lorene Mills Nelson (his second wife), and survived by his daughter, Lisa Nelson; son, Kevin Nelson; brothers, David, Greg and Stephen; step-family and first wife, Heidi Nelson.
Bill will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
