Fitzy performed our marriage ceremony and, much later, our daughter's.  I remember his remarkable stories and believe many were true with only minor embellishments.  I remember when he began his ministry to the alcoholics and other addicts. May he rest ib power.

Mike was Ben's Dad, Ben And I were Best Friends. I Spent a lot of time at their house. We went deer hunting when we were 18.  I had many a long talk with Mike and we drifted apart after I got Married. As my life got more stable his seemed to get rougher. SORRY TO HEAR NEWS. Bob Eade Pasco Washington

I knew Father Mike through the Prayer Group at St. Luke's. He had a sparkle in his eye and a willingness to sing at the drop of a hat. He also both offered and accepted prayers. Even when we heard reports of his difficulties in other settings, he was engaged, willing to share the spotlight when asked and heartfelt in his prayers for people he loved. With Kerry's help he probably had the best attendance. We came to love him in the way that feels connected, not performative. We miss him, his stories, jokes and songs. I'm glad that he's free of the limitations of his recent life and takes his place at the table of God's heavenly kingdom. I thank God for Father Mike's life and pray for comfort for those who mourn.
