Mark Stephen Ruljancich

Mark was born on January 13, 1937 to Stephen (Stjepan) and Pearl (Pera) Ruljancich, who immigrated from Croatia and settled in Tacoma, WA, where they raised their family, Mark and his younger sister Janet.

Mark graduated from Stadium High School in Tacoma, and then attended Seattle University where he was student body president, majoring in accounting and graduating with honors. At Settle University Mark met his first wife, Lee Rose (Vitalich) Ruljancich.

Mark was a hard worker with entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating, Mark passed the CPA exam and started his own accounting practice. After successful career as CPA, Mark developed an investment partnership business Marksman Partners which he closed in June of 2021.

Mark was very active in the Croatian community, and through that involvement he met his current wife Dunja (Stjepanovic) Ruljancich.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother Pearl, father Stephen and sister Janet. Mark is survived by his wife Dunja, former wife Lee, daughter Linda (George) Banning, son John (Jinky) Ruljancich, daughter Anne Marie (Bruce Cordingly) Ruljancich, stepdaughter Ana Stjepanovic, stepson Sacha Stjepanovic, and grandchildren Luka Ruljancich, Penelope Ruljancich, Eliot Cordingly and Luka Singh Stjepanovic.

Funeral service will be on March 22, 2023 at 10 am at Holy Rosary Church in West Seattle. Reception will follow at Holy Rosary School Hall.
