Such a bright light you brought into the food bank.  I loved being the first person to say good morning to you as you came in the back door.  You always said it in return and asked me how I was doing.  I miss talking about Princess Tommy with you.   I don’t know if or when the day will come that I stop wanting to save certain snacks for you or when I stop looking for you when the cardboard bin gets full or when I need a heavy box lifted for me.  I miss you so much and yes, everyday I am working at the food bank is a day I think of you and miss you.  RIP friend.

I don't have very memories of Eric, but the few I do have I will keep in memory forever.I remember when Eric and I were kids we play video games and running around with his dog that was a dalmatian. We grew up not really seeing each other, Last time I saw Eric it was like we had seen each other the day before , Eric hey cousin how are you? I said I'm doing good.Then really chill like he long time no see cousin, then started laughing yes long time no see.See you again cousin when we get be with you in heaven cause I know that is were you are watching over us.

Our sympathies go with the family and friends of Eric.  He started volunteering for us at Volunteers of America Western Washington January 2020 and completed 646 hours of service in his time at VOA.  When Eric started with us he was quiet and reserved, but it didn't take him long to become more comfortable and outgoing.  Eric was always eager to jump in where he was needed and never hesitated to help.  Eric would often talk about his Mom and Cat; Eric loved all animals.  Eric made solid friendships with VOA volunteers and staff; his loss has been deeply felt by all of us.   VOAWW is making a $100.00 pledge in Eric's name to the Brain Injury Association of America. We will be sending healing thoughts to his Mother and family.  Thank you Eric for your service.  

Eric was very special to Bev and I. We had met him many years ago through his mom and step father. After first meeting Eric we hired him to come over to our house to do some yard work for a few hours. He worked very, very hard and that was what he did. If you asked him to do something he would do it. He wanted to help.

Since first meeting Eric, we stayed in contact.  Bev helping Eric and Eric helping us. Eric and I were able to connect immediately and we created a special bonding.

Eric you will be very, very much missed.

Eric was a very kind spirit. I remember playing in the cul-d-sac as a young kid with my younger brother and Eric lighting off fireworks and playing in the yard outside of Jack and Cindy’s home. Very fond memories I will always have. Sending love to his family. 

I loved your conversations and your laugh. This shocked me and I can already tell you I miss you. You're a good man and sending you much love.

I have a lot of memories with Eric. We would talk about all kinds of things when I’d drive him home from a family get together. He was always smiling, always willing to help out. My kids loved being around him and I know this has been difficult on them losing their Uncle.

Eric was a kind and gentle soul. Kind to animals and our children. Our hearts are heavy hearing of Eric’s passing. Our deepest condolences.

I only met Eric a few times.  Mostly while hanging out or helping  Jack and Cindy, his parents. 

He was polite, kind and a hardworker. 

When out having a pop or two at a local watering hole we would get stories of how Eric had done one job or another.  His thought processes were always interesting on how he approached these tasks, but his efforts were always top shelf.

You will be missed. Y ou were one of the best friends I had growing up riding skateboards, and just hanging out around Ventura.  Also, I remember when you came to our place and help teach my kids how to ride a skateboard. Love you Eric.

Eric was a cool guy.  I enjoyed speaking with him as he was very honest and always stayed fully engaged in the moment.  Eric was a good man that held no judgement against anyone.  Soft spoken and a kind man that was very courteous to all he met. I remember when he met my dogs Beebee and Gracie how Beebee pretty much adopted Eric as though he was her owner.  Animals have a great sense of people and it was obvious that Beebee thought very highly of him. Eric had a kind spirit and will always be remembered.  I love you Eric.  Bye for now
