Dear John and the whole family,
I consider myself privileged to have known dear Carol. I would see her at Loon Lake every summer and catch up. It was always joyous and full of laughter but last summer we got into a beautiful discussion of our Catholic Faith.  Eternal Rest Grant Her. Let Light Perpetual Shine Upon her and Grant her Peace.

I am so sad to learn that the amazing Carol Evavold has left us to go on her next great adventure. I am grateful I had the chance to spend a wonderful couple of hours catching up with her at Loon Lake last summer. So many stories and tall tales of our upbringing in small-town  Lincoln County - it was such fun. She was vibrant, smart, funny, and had a zest for life.  I will miss her sparkle. RIP Carol. 😇
