

Ramsay, entered the U.S. Army in 2003 and served honorably as a tank crewman while in South Korea and Fort Knox, KY. He was awarded three Army Achievement medals, The Global War on Terror Service Medal, the Korean Defense Medal and the National Defense Medal. Ramsay then graduated from the University of Louisville in 2014 with a B.S. in Sports Administration and was hired as an Operations Manager for NRG Park in Houston, TX, where he managed the 2016 NCAA Final Four, the 2017 Superbowl and assisted with converting NRG Park into a shelter during Hurricane Harvey. He also worked as an Operations Manager for Live Nation Xfinity Center in Massachusetts and Reef Parking in Louisville, KY. Ramsay dreamed of working for the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field. He loved hiking, swimming, and playing Call of Duty with his close friends. He was an excellent cook who loved Anthony Bourdain.
He was preceded in passing by his father, Norman Taylor; and grandparents, John and Margaret Taylor, and Peter and Jean Brown.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Jennifer Taylor; mother, Patricia Taylor; sister, Caroline Schumacher (Ryan); niece, Kate; nephew, Cameron; and his Canadian, Scottish and American family and friends.
A service will be held at the gravesite at Cave Hill Cemetery, on April 24, 2021, in Louisville, KY at 12 PM.
