Born January 8, 1954 in St. Charles, Missouri, Julie was one of 5 children. In 1978 she married Frank P Campisano Jr. at Duncan Memorial Chapel. Frank and Julie raised three children in their home in Shelbyville, Kentucky where they remained until their children graduated from High School. Upon the graduation of their youngest child, they moved to Louisville, Kentucky. An avid reader and lover of yardwork, you could often find Julie out in her yard with her dog Lilly. After her husband Frank's passing in March 2018, Julie traveled with her family and took on a part time job to keep herself busy. Julie is survived by her three children, Casey Armstrong (Scotty), Trinity Shook (Gavin), Frank P Campisano III (Shannon), 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Her kindness and compassionate listening ear touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She had an incredible way of making each person feel seen, heard, and valued. Her warmth and generosity will be deeply missed, but the memories of her love and care will live on in all of us. The mark she left on our hearts will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to be loved by her.
