I just recently was looking through any information I could get trying to reach out to anyone and everyone who knew Virginia. I’m so glad I did ! I looked through the websites and read everyone’s messages. Every memory I have and the memories that everyone else has is touching. As I was reading  through the comments tears started streamed down my face. Just the thought  of never hearing her voice again is hard for me. She knew my entire life and she knew the good and the bad but never judged. She made me feel loved and knowing she would be there is everything to me. We first met in orientation at the Casino in Charles Town Wv. She was working to be a server at 9 dragons. We instantly connected and thus our friendship started. We liked the same things and found each other to be just what we needed. I met her daughterJanelle and she was just as special as her mom was. Not long after we started hanging out I moved just outside of Hanover Md. I was working in Maryland at that time and she had started classes to be a blackjack dealer for Golden Horseshoe . It was near where I worked at. We traveled together and I remember the long car rides we had. It was like nothing else mattered. We would appreciate each other’s company and just knowing that we had each other. We spent endless nights together and stayed with each other quite often. She was amazing to say the least. The trust that we had was undeniable. One thing that I always loved about her was that she was an incredible mom. She loved her children more than anyone or anything in this world.  It was so beautiful to see the love that motherhood gave her.  All of her children are just so beautiful. I always told her that she was born to be a mother. These memories I’ll always cherish about her and with her. I miss her more and more each day that passes. For anyone who might be reading this remember to hold the ones you love close and cherish the ones that love you. Tomorrow is never promised. I love you Virginia ♥️ 

I was lucky enough to be friends with Virginia for 14 years. She always made everything easier. She had the perfect fire in her that she would ignite for a laugh or to motivate her loved ones. She was so fierce, strong and devoted. I hope her children hold on to that fire and keep it burning! My heart goes out to them and everyone else that feels this devastating loss.  

I worked with her for a short time at Baptist Health Floyd before moving. What an amazing person, and I was blessed to work with her. She put all her love into taking care of her patients and it showed. She was kind, hardworking, funny, and radiant. She never failed to put a smile on my face, even on rough nights. She will be missed dearly by many, including all of us who worked with her

Where do I even start? Where do I even begin? I am devastated. In the 15 years we were friends we never had a single fight. I have only good memories of you. Nobody could have asked for a better friend or be better off with you on their side. You always had my back. You loved all your children. I’ll never forget seeing Janelle learning how to walk, how to talk. They never wanted for anything and you were a wonderful mother. I wish I could have spent more time with you. My heart is broken but I can’t imagine how your family feels or what your children are going through. I would give anything and everything to talk to you once more. You never let life get you down. You were a force of nature, a spitfire. You did not deserve this. This should not have happened. The world still turns but the word is a little smaller and a little colder without you in it. You mean the world to so many people and that will never change. I love you! I will miss you everyday! Prayers, healing, love, hugs, and comfort to all family, friends, and colleagues! I've had the pleasure to know Virginia for many years as a schoolmate of my s o n s! Virginia and I talked and texted regularly the last 2 years! She was an amazing mom who fought and advocated for her five children! She was a beautiful , amazing, sweet, and intelligent girl who had her whole life ahead of her! She had many obstacles, as well as, adversities and overcame them all! She had many friends who loved and adored her! She was looking forward to a new house and a new life! It was all taken away needlessly and way too soon! The last time I talked with her was when the tornadoes hit east of her City and at Christmas and New Year's! That was my last contact with her and oh how I wished she had gotten in touch with me in January! May you rest in peace free of all  adversities and worries dear sweet beautiful Virginia! May you find peace and comfort in God's loving Kingdom and in God's loving arms! You will be so missed!🙏🙏🙏❤😪
