Mrs. Stanard was born March 29, 1951 in Louisville, Ky the daughter of Charles and Theresa Fearneyhough. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by husband Clark, mother Theresa Fearneyhough, sister Mary Ruscher, and brother Paul Fearneyhough. Grandchildren Madison, Emma, and Grace Harriman
