MITCHELL, Charles David, 85 of Louisville, passed away Monday, July 31st, 2023. He retired from the Covington (KY) police department after 30 years of service. He also drove a school bus for the Kenton County school district after his retirement from the police department. He was also a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Charles is survived by his sons; Devon B. Mitchell (Dana) and Clovis A. Mitchell, daughters; Attica L. Mitchell, and Jennifer L. Carnes, grandchildren; Ryan, Tristan, Myranda, Landen, Liam, and Cherry.
A small private celebration of life will be held on August 26th, 2023.
