Richard Daniel Romolo

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Victor and His beloved service dog, Alfonzo, who faithfully accompanied him for many years.

He is survived by his sisters: Victoria Romolo and Nicole Cunningham, two daughters: Angelica Cole and husband, Stephen and Rachel Romolo; two sons: Daniel Romolo and wife, Anne and Joshua Romolo. He also leaves behind many grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and his devoted service dog, King, who remained a steadfast companion until the end.

A proud veteran, Richard served honorably in the United States Army and remained connected to his fellow servicemen through his active involvement with his local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post.

Richard will be remembered for his service to his country, his friendships, and the deep bond he shared with his service animals, who brought him comfort and strength.

A celebration of Richard's life will be held at VFW Post 912 in Baytown, TX on February 1, 2025 at 4:00PM.
