Flora A Bennett

Flora "Flo" was reunited with her husband John Bennett on Monday, January 27, 2025. She passed away peacefully at home with her family.

Flora was born in Minden, Louisiana in 1933. She lived a joy-filled life filled with family, friends and faith. She was Nana to many including her two grandsons and shared her love, wisdom and recipes with all of them.

She loved gardening, traveling, reading and cooking. Many of us remember her in the kitchen always feeding someone. She loved sharing recipes and how to's with her grandsons and others.

She leaves behind her daughter Beth Anne (Gary Gibbs), grandsons Tyler Bennett Nickell (Sophie), Clayton Alexander Nickell (Rachel) and friends she called family.

She will be laid to rest with her husband at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Colorado.
