David Foster Donaldson

David F. Donaldson, age 74, of La Marque, TX passed away on March 29, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on May 20, 1950 in Corry, Pennsylvania. He was a loving husband, father, and Papa.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war and was passionate about supporting all military veterans as he loved his country.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Rita Donaldson; children Terry Donaldson and Susan Hoff and husband, Grey; grandchildren Grey Hoff Jr. and wife, Faith, Lauren Winebrenner and husband, Chase, Brent and wife, Rachel, Alyssa Hoff, and Katie Nunez and husband, Carlos Nunez; and great-grandchildren Evie and Harper Hoff, Cameron and Hunter Winebrenner, Sophie Hoff, and Blaze and Serenity Nunez.

He was preceded in death by his Father Bruce Donaldson and mother and stepfather Bill and Wilma Arledge, a sister, Shirley Donaldson and 5 brothers Robert Donaldson, Roger Donaldson, Bruce Donaldson, Gary Donaldson, and David Arledge

Per David’s wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service
