Born on August 8th,1953, in Dallas, TX. She was the survivor of the Shell twins born to mother Laura Anne and Father Allen Dodson Shell. She was a licensed cosmetologist, a Texas Tech University graduate, an Educator to special needs children, a widow, a small business owner, a daughter, a sister, a single mother, an aunt, and a Grandmother. Carroll was a great friend, a hard worker, kind, a fighter, a gift giver, and a ray of sunlight in a dim world. She loved to travel, attend concerts, spend time with her friends and family, and eat the best foods. She lived life to the fullest, traveling all over the world. Places such as The Bahamas, Belize, Cozumel, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia, and many other places within the US.
She is survived by her only child, Shiloh Lee Ann Creech, son-in-law Ray Rios, Niece and Nephew Matthew and Samantha Caudle-Shell, and five grandchildren, Bentley David, Kyla Rae, Annalea Kylie, Donald Dean (III), and Ryleigh Reed, and her many friends who became family ( Subway Family & WalMart Family).
Carroll is preceded in death by her brothers Carl James and Blake Allen, as well as her parents, Laura Anne and Allen Dodson Shell. She crossed into her eternal life with her God, family, and friends welcoming her home on May 6th, 2025, at 10:57 PM. Forever remembered, Ms. Carroll, C.C., Mommy, & MeeMaw.
