Julianne Kane Cochrane

Julianne "Jill" Kane Cochrane, 70, of Las Vegas, NV, died peacefully on June 19, 2019, at Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Born March 6, 1949 in Pennsylvania, she is predeceased by her parents, Garnetta Chiarmonte and James Kane.

She married her childhood sweetheart, Stephen Cochrane, in 1970, and had 3 daughters, Rachel, Jenny, and Anna. Her grandchildren Julian and Ethan also survive her. The aforementioned, along with her surviving fur babies Morgan (dog) and Lightening (cat), will miss her deeply.

Jill received her RN in nursing from Roosevelt School of Nursing in New York in 1971 before receiving a law degree from Southwestern University of Law in Los Angeles, CA. She practiced law for about 15 years before returning to her passion and gift of nursing. She continued to work as a nurse until shortly before her death.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Jill on Sunday, July 7, 2019, in Las Vegas, NV. The family wishes to thank those who extended emotional support and love for Jill during her final days.
