Born on January 25, 1935, in Gobernador, New Mexico, Jose moved to Nevada in 1952 and became a permanent resident of Las Vegas in 1959.
Jose was a man of remarkable intellect and work ethic. For nearly 20 years, he served in the Nevada National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Captain.
