To those who knew her, Jan was so much more than the things she enjoyed. She was a kind and gentle soul whose warmth and love touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Affectionately known as "Mom" by many, Jan had a way of making life's ordinary moments feel special.
Jan found life's greatest joys in the moments spent with those she loved most. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her daughter Kim, her sisters and friends, whether they were enjoying a day of shopping, sharing a delicious meal, cruising, watching the Chicago Bears or indulging in "a little" chocolate.
At the center of her world was her daughter, Kim. Their relationship was something truly extraordinary. More than mother and daughter, they were the very best of friends. They shared a beautiful, inseparable bond built on unconditional love, laughter, companionship, and countless cherished memories. They did just about everything together, and theirs was the kind of relationship others admired!
While she will be deeply missed, the love she gave, the laughter she shared, and the countless memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
Jan's greatest legacy will not be measured by the years she lived, but by the love she gave and the lives she touched.
