Glenn David Norton was born on May 1st, 1958 to Harry and Jane in Hollywood, Florida. As a young man, he served in the United States Army as a musician, where he played the trumpet. Following his military service, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. There, he had his only daughter, Corianne. He worked as a letter carrier and then as the longest serving union president for branch 2502 in the National Association of Letter Carriers, where he worked tirelessly fighting for workers’ rights. Glenn was known for his love of music, great sense of humor, and his fierce loyalty to those that he loved. He passed away on January 15, 2024. He is survived by his wife Darlene Norton, daughter Corianne Guerin, son-in-law Jonathan, and grandchildren Everett and Sadie.
