Arthur Louie Cordero, 81, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away peacefully on October 10, 2023, while surrounded by family. Art was a proud man who understood and valued hard work. He demonstrated that principle while working as a young man and it continued into to his retirement at 75 years old.
Arthur was a loving husband, father, grandfather (affectionately called Papo), great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He had many interests and hobbies such as gardening, watching classic movies, listening to oldies, barbecuing with friends and family and fawning over his pets. Let us not forget his love and admiration for eagles, which can be found displayed in many forms throughout his home. Though his hobbies brought him great joy, his beautiful family is what he loved and cherished the most.
Arthur was predeceased by his second wife, Linda Cordero; Fathers, Arthur Cordero Sr and Adolph (Chico) Macias; Mother, Esther Macias; Sisters, Cynthia Castro and Elizabeth Morales; Son, Arthur Cordero III; Great Grandson, Elias Castillo.
