She was preceded in passing in 2021 by the love of her life, her husband Paul, with whom she shared an epic 74 ½ year love story. They married at just 16 and 17-1/2 years old — proof that when you know, you just ‘know.’
She leaves behind her children: Linda, Marian, and Mark Moiseyev; her grandchildren: Jessica, Austin, Brittany, Jason & Jon, and her beloved great-grandchildren: Riley and Makenna Cohen.
She was the glue that held us all together, and the heartbeat of every gathering. With a heart of gold, she was kind, wise, witty, intelligent, and endlessly curious. A lifelong learner, she devoured audiobooks and YouTube videos in her later years, diving into everything from artificial intelligence and jet propulsion to art, history, and travel. She was an avid reader before her eyesight betrayed her - always turning the page to discover more.
She was a successful businesswoman of over 25 years, as well as an artist, poet, and sculptor. She could share wisdom or hold her opinions close when she knew that silence was the better choice … and she did have strong opinions.
She never missed an opportunity to celebrate life’s events — a tradition we will carry on in her honor. She loved to travel and, with Paul, traveled the world together. She loved to sing and dance, and we believe she is doing a slow dance with her husband who has been waiting for her for almost 4 years.
Mom, Grammy, Great-Grandma — we love you so much, are grateful to have had you in our lives for all these years, and we will miss you every day.
