William “Bill” Mitchell Moyer Jr., passed away at his home in Wildwood FL on May 10, 2024 with his devoted wife Lissa Bentley Moyer at his side. He was born in Harrisonburg, Va and raised predominately in Page County. He worked as a mechanical engineer at Page Memorial Hospital for 25 years. This was a dear place in his heart where “Billy” had so many long standing and very valued friendships that lasted through out his life. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Shenk Turner and his father William Mitchell Moyer Sr. Along with his wife Lissa, of almost 22 years, are a brother Larry Moyer (Mindy), sister Jamie Coleman (Shaine) and sister Dixie Turner (Ian). Bill was very patriotic and supportive of our first responders and military. While he was medically unable to serve in any of those branches, he requested that donations be made to Tunnel 2 Towers or the organization of your choice. May he rest in peace.
