With great sadness, we announce the passing of Nancy Marie Karas, who left us on September 9th, 2025 at the age of 72. She enjoyed her retirement in The Villages FL, making new friends and had great fun while staying active performing in the Sweet & Sassy dance group.
Survived by her daughters, Melanie (Edward) Kimball, Valerie (Aaron) Griffin and her four grandchildren, Nicholas, Maximus, Zoe, and Reagan. Siblings Robert Karas, Scott (Sherri) Karas, James (Cathy) Karas, and the late Bonnie Jean (nee Karas) Menning. Dear Aunt to six nieces and nephews.
Memorial service to be held Saturday, November 1st, 2025, 12:00pm at Lord of Life Church, 40W605 IL Rt 38. Elburn, IL 60119. Refreshments to be held afterward from 1pm – 3pm.
