Marian Elaine Meyers

Longtime resident of Salamanca, NY and Wildwood, FL. has passed at the age of 92.

Mrs. Meyers had a long and interesting life, she had obtained her pilots license in the 1940's while working at an airport diner, and did enjoy her few flying days in a Cessna airplane.

she was a server for 25 years and then a home health aide until her retirement at the age of 80. Mrs. Meyers lived life, she enjoyed reading, playing cards, bingo, riding her three wheel bike, her many shelties over the years, one even being a therapy dog she would take to hospitals and nursing homes to visit patients. She was a life member of the Women of the Moose and American Legion. She also volunteered with the Fresh AIr Fund of NYC. Marian had five children Ruth Anne (William) Green, Madonna(David) Andrejewski, Carol Jo Meyers, Cynthia (Tim) Bellingar and Peter Meyers. 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren. one five generation all girls, she was very proud of that. A Celebration will be held in Florida on April 7, 2018 at Mrs. Meyers home clubhouse in Parkwood Oaks. in lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the donors choice in her name.
