Hard work was a constant, throughout Estella’s life. She retired as a GSA Custodial Supervisor for the courts within Trenton, NJ’s Federal Building. She was born under the sign of Cancer, the crab. Such a befitting symbol for her, as her tenderness dwelled within a tough, protective shell.
Estella had many creative talents. Some of which, were painting on fabric, drawing, and crocheting. At weddings, she could out dance anyone, when it came to the Polka. Her favorite flowers were lily of the valley, lilacs, hyacinths, and stargazer lilies. Her favorite musical performers were Andrea Bocelli, André Rieu, Liberace, and various country singers, and her favorite bible verse was John 14:12-14. The name, Estella, means “star”. Always there when she was needed, she shone in the hearts of many. “She was a great lady”.
The Answered Prayer
12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. -- John 14:12-14 (NKJV)
