Kenneth "Butch" S Ball

Kenneth S. Ball (Butch) of Oak Ridge, Tn. passed away on Saturday, January 07, 2024 at the age of 78. He was born on November 12, 1945 in Oak Ridge, Tn. where he grew up, married and raised a family.

Kenneth graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1963. He worked as Computer Operator for over 40 yeas with Union Carbide, Martin Marietta, Lockhead Martin and SAIC. He retired from Lockhead Martin and SAIC. He was actively involved in the New Life Church of the Nazarene for many years.

He is preceded in death by his wife Kay F. Ball, father, John C. Ball and mother, Elizabeth S. Ball.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Stacy Ball Wallace, her husband, Joseph Wallace and their son, Baylor J. Wallace. Kenneth is also survived by his son, Kenneth C. Ball, his wife, Stacie Dalrymple Ball and their daughter, Mackensie K. Ball. Kenneth also is survived by his brother, James Ball and sister, Sandra Kay Ball

Kenneth was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was married to his loving wife Kay for 56 years. Kay proceeded Kenneth in death by 8 days.

The family would like to thank Pastor Keith Robinson and his church family at the New Life Church of the Nazarene for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.
