Frances Harriet Veysey

She is survived by her son, Robert and his wife, Christina, her grandchildren, Allysa and her husband, Rob, Kayla and her husband, James, Devin and his fiancé, Stephanie, Great Grandchildren, Ashlynn and Aurora, her sister, Mary and her husband, Joe.

Fran was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, who was love by many and missed by all who knew her. Before she retired, she loved working for the State of Florida Health Department in Manatee County where she made so many longtime friends. In the years prior, she worked at Ellenton Gardens Travel Resort for over a decade. She moved to Tennessee in 2015 to be near her family and enjoy her retirement. She was a special lady to all who knew and loved her and will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at City Hills Church, 1501 Kirby Rd, Knoxville, TN 37909 on Thursday, January 25th from 5 pm – 7:30 pm. Visitation with the family will begin at 5 pm.

Interment of her ashes will take place 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at the Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, FL.
