Floyd Franklin Hubbs

Floyd Franklin Hubbs, age 81 of Sevierville, passed away March 1, 2023. He is preceded in death by parents, Newell and Juanita Hubbs, sister Violet Smelser, brother Verlin Hubbs, grandson Christopher Hickman, and stepdaughter Hope Weeks.

He is survived by wife Charlotte Matthews Hubbs, children Kimberly Miner (Bill), Kelley Harvey (Richard), Kristie Branch (Darren), Joseph Hubbs (Shasta) stepchildren Charles Starritt Jr (Jennifer) and Andrea Ownby. Floyd has 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 19, at Middle Creek Methodist Church, 1828 Middle Creek Rd Pigeon Forge TN at 2:00 pm with burial of cremains Sunday, March 26, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, 402 White School Rd Sevierville TN at 4:00 pm. A special thank you to UT Hospice, Sevier County Ambulance service, Jennifer Steele LPN, family, friends, and neighbors for all their help .
