Alice Margaret McClurg

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, James and Grace Miller, her father and mother in-law William and Evelyn McClurg, and her brothers, James Miller, Jr. and John Miller.

Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Glenn H. McClurg, sister Patricia Gere, son Greg McClurg (wife Lynn), daughter Amy (husband Steve) Chrest and three grandchildren – Rylie McClurg, Carah McClurg and Evan Chrest.

Alice was born October 8, 1939 in Middletown, New York. She graduated from Montgomery High School in 1957 and married Glenn in 1961. They spent many wonderful years raising their family in Goshen, NY and eventually retired to Maryville, TN.

Alice was proud of her family over all things, but also enjoyed golf, glass working, baking and gardening. Over the span of their lives together, Alice and Glenn enjoyed living in Middletown, Goshen and Rochester, NY; Ft. Myers and Orlando, FL; Dallas, Texas and Maryville, TN. Alice was an active member of Clover Hill Presbyterian Church
