Wayne Michael Wharton, 55, peacefully passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at his home in Kenner, while being comforted by his wife. Wayne was the beloved husband and best friend of his one and only love of 39 years, Michelle P. Wharton.
Wayne was born on December 7, 1967, to Ms. Irene B. Wharton and the late Mr. Virgil W. Wharton. Wayne has but one brother, Shawn Wharton who resides in Kenner with Olivja Borg.
Wayne, like most was a simple, hardworking, down to earth man, who would always help family and friends alike.
As per Wayne's wishes, there will be no funeral or celebration of life services. If you were fortunate enough to know Wayne, you certainly would understand his request. His, wife, Michelle, requests that you celebrate his life daily with your memories of the relationship each of you had with him.
