Vincent Anthony Casey

Vincent Anthony “Bay” Casey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 84. Survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Theresa Ann Hankins Casey. Devoted father of Mark Casey (Teresa), Terri Casey (Jody), and Brett Casey (Jeanine). Adoring grandfather of Katherine Casey Ruiz (Quinn), Ryan Casey (Jennifer), Chad Casey, Sean Casey, Connor Casey, Kevin Casey, and the late Shane Casey. Great-grandfather of Analeigh Casey, Corinne Casey, Hollyn Casey, and Elizabeth Ruiz. Son of the late Clarence Casey, Sr. and the late Florence Risso Casey. Brother of the late Clarence Casey, Jr. (late Gilda) and the late Mildred Taylor (late Jack). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Bay was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans; he spent his life caring for his family and loved getting together for the Holidays and other family gatherings. Bay served in the U.S. Army and was a retired member of Mill Wright Carpenters Union Local No 729. The family would like to give a special thanks to Kim Toranto, his care giver.
