Terese Ann Bailey

Terese Ann “Teri Ann” Bailey passed away on December 22, 2016 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Beloved partner of Bobby Joe Scott since 2005. Loving Mother and Stepmother of Jon Tormondsen, Donald Tormondsen, Stacy McMahon (husband, Greg), Ricky Bailey (wife, Linda), and Marti Bailey (husband, Nick). Grandmother of Justin, Bobby, Danielle, Brenna, Heather and Sean. Daughter of the late Georgiana Ray Cutting Anderson and the late Bryant Lionel Anderson. Sister of Penelope Ann Master (husband, Bob) and the late Deborah Star Mackey. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Teri was a lifelong Interior Decorator in both San Diego and New Orleans. She was an extraordinarily kind and sweet soul who brightened the lives of many.
