Robert worked in the Oil Industry starting at the bottom and working his way up to Sub-Sea Hydraulics Engineer. Rob enjoyed all outdoor activities, boating, fishing, hunting, crawfish boils, and frying fish on the dock.
He was always fast with a story and could fix anything, even without the correct parts. His vivacity wove through and guided our lives in a way that felt almost sacred. Watching him fight day after day, it became clear that his tenacity was not just physical but deeply emotional. As the weeks turned into months, many of us found ourselves rooting for Robert. We shared in his victories, however small, and mourned his setbacks. The battle in this world is over and his new adventure begins.
