Nelwyn Alexander Riddle

Nelwyn “Feenie” Riddle passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at her home in Terrytown, LA. Beloved wife of William David Riddle, Jr. for forty-five years. Loving mother of Cheryl Czajka Renojo (husband, Danny), William David Riddle, III (wife, Martha), and the late Susan Riddle Lebreton (husband, the late Joseph). Grandmother of DJ Beasley, Dixie Beasley Helmstetter, Elice Lebreton Pavlovich, William David Riddle, IV, and Kortney Riddle. Great-grandmother of Toria Beasley, Ashleigh Stiltner, and Sydney Paez. Great-great-grandmother of Kaylynn Stiltner Derr and Stella Paez. Daughter of the late Lionel Alexander and the late Loretta Matherne Simon. Sister of the late Theodore “Teddy” Simon. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. A true New Orleanian, Feenie was an avid Saints fan and loved playing the Louisiana Lotto and going to Bingo. She spent her time caring for her beautiful front garden, and was a true fixture in her neighborhood. Known and loved by everyone around her, she cared for everyone as though they were family. Feenie sold AVON for years, and always had something for everyone. She will be greatly remembered and missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Christ the King Catholic Chuch, 535 Deerfield Rd., Terrytown, LA on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 10 AM.
