Lynn "Dianna" M Bourgeois

Lynn "Dianna" Bourgeois passed away surrounded by most of her immediate family. She is survived by her devoted husband of 25 years, Sam. The mother of Reina Lynn (Tania), Rafael Jr (Kristina), and Andrew Sr. The Grandmother of Andrew Jr, Nickalas (Diana), Adam (Abigail), Ixchel, Zachary (Kelsey), Isabella, Elijah (Alysha), Gabriella Lynn, Aiden, Malakai and the late Rafael III. Great grandmother to Emersyn and River Lynn. Daughter of the late Ivy Peter and Leona Brunet Bourgeois. Sister to Robert Sr and Claude Sr Bourgeois and the late Barbara Thompson, Yvonne Diangelo, Charles Sr, Ivy Jr, Kenneth and Ronald Bourgeois. And mother to her cherished dogs Lady and Abby Lynn.

She will sadly be missed by her many nieces and nephews and friends. Dianna was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She was a lover of life and always the life of the party. She never met a stranger. Everyone was welcomed to her table. She was a secretary through her working years. To her that was boring, just a job. She loved to sing, play guitar and dance the night away. She had very strong political opinions and would debate with anyone over them, backed up by her facts. She was an avid reader. Family was everything to her.

As per her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
