John Michael Deagan

John was born August 15, 1939 in Bradford, PA and grew up in Akron, OH. Raised in a large, Irish Catholic family, he graduated from St. Vincent HIgh School in 1958. In 1975, John and his beloved wife, Alice, made their home in Florida. John dedicated the next 30 years in his profession as a Nurse Anesthetist, which brought him immense joy. In 2020, John and Ali relocated from Florida to Biloxi, MS to be near their daughter and family.

As a family, we will miss his sharp wit and memorable stories but we entrust his spirit to Heaven and take comfort in the promises of Christ Jesus, knowing we will see him again.

He is survived by his beloved bride of 50 years, Alice of Biloxi; daughter Molly Smith (Jeremy) of Biloxi; son Philip (Meghan) of Auburn, AL; Michael Cole of OH; Michelle Cole of PA; Stephany Cooksey (Byron) of FL; his grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on November 11th in BIloxi, MS.
